Robert Kubica claimed his and BMW Sauber’s maiden Formula 1 victory after an inch-perfect drive in a typically unpredictable Canadian Grand Prix.
 The Pole led home team-mate Nick Heidfeld on a dream day for the Hinwil squad in a race which saw seven different leaders at various stages during the 70-lap race.

‘Difficult Weekend’ says Kubica

Second place qualifier Robert Kubica is expecting the Canadian Grand Prix to be a huge test of concentration if the track surface continues to pose problems.
The Circuit Gilles Villeneuve has suffered from the asphalt breaking up in the past, but normally near the end of the race rather than so early in the weekend.
